Eric Garza, CEO

Eric Garza is previously the CEO of Suncoast Behavior Health Center in Bradenton FL. Eric joined UHS in 2022 where he completed the COO In Training program at Sandy Pines. Eric was previously the CEO for Tykes & Teens, a local nonprofit organization where Eric started as a social work intern in 2009. Since 2019, Eric has been serving on the board of Guardians for New Future, to help support the unfunded needs of maltreated children on the Treasure Coast. Eric is an alumnus of Martin Leadership, class 31 and is a proud graduate of Florida Atlantic University, earning a masters degree in Social Work and Health Administration.

Andriy Yuryev, MD, Medical Director

Dr. Yuryev is a board-certified psychiatrist. He did his residency training in psychiatry at Columbia University at Harlem Hospital Center and fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry at New York Medical College at Westchester Medical Center. At different times during his career, Dr. Yuryev was involved in research focused on suicidal behavior and substance abuse. He has published at national and international levels and was acknowledged with several awards by the American Psychiatric Association. He believes in a holistic team approach in treatment of his patients.

Ray Padridin, MD

Dr. Padridin serves as Staff Psychiatrist for SandyPines Residential Treatment Center. Born in Cali, Colombia, Dr. Padridin moved to Florida when he was 12 years old. He attended the University of South Florida where he completed his Psychiatry Residency and Fellowship. He holds board certifications in both General Adult Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr, Padridin strives to foster the growth and success of those around him and is dedicated to improving the lives of children and adolescents around the world. He is fluent in English and Spanish and his approach to treatment is based on creating a team with his patients, their families, and other providers. When not working, he enjoys reading, swimming in the ocean and spending time with his family.
