We ensure that all residents receive quality care through treatment programs and protocols that are developed and performed in accordance with lawful, ethical, and accepted standards of practice for each professional discipline.
Through the selection of experienced professionals and the provision of continual education and training, we ensure that our staff fulfills their obligations and responsibility to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of the youth and families we serve.
We utilize an interdisciplinary approach with valued input from a team of professionals to develop a comprehensive, individualized treatment program designed to meet the needs of the person.
We recognize the individual uniqueness of each resident that we serve and strive to identify and reinforce personal strengths so that optimal personal development may be achieved.
The inclusion of parents, guardians, siblings and other significant family members in the therapeutic process is an integral part of our treatment program. We promote and maintain ongoing and reciprocal communication both internally and with members of the extended mental health community.
We utilize sound business and accounting practices to sustain profitable operations and support planned growth to continue to meet the needs of all of the children and adolescents that we serve.
